| Who he is: Christopher Armalite is part of an elite military group (sorry, can�t think of a better description ^^;;), the Obstinate Arrow. He�s basically one of the assassins sent to kill Pacifica. His talents: Fighting with his giant axe. . . . But though he�s stronger than he looks, he�s no dummy, either. His personality: Quiet and calm, Chris was raised in the military. He has no parents, no family, and no friends --at the beginning anyway. He�s not the sort to flinch at danger, and doesn�t seem to hold his life in high regard, either. He�ll carry out his mission, and though he�s not specifically cruel, he�ll do what he needs to. Relationship to Pacifica: He�s trying to kill her. Well, at first anyway. Other than that they don�t interact much. My comments: My favorite character in Scrapped Princess! (So why is it so hard for me to describe him, hmm?) I simply adore Chris ^__^ Now, before I start fangirling over how hot he is (isn�t he, though?) I�ll talk about his character. Chris is no exception to the character development going on. He changes a lot over the course of the series, but it�s gradual, none of this silly, �Oh, someone was nice to me, maybe I�ll stop killing.� It wasn�t anything personal in the first place; Chris simply follows his orders. Later, those orders change, and those behind him, beside him, and giving him orders change as well. He gains both family and friends. Could it be that he was so cold just because he was lonely? I hate questions, so don�t answer that. Watch the series and melt. (That�s what I do ^_^) I mean, find out yourself! |
