Every one grew up with their super hero�s. I bet you would have never thought that Spiderman owns a 1999 Yamaha R1? Well, now he dose thanks to Noel and his creative mind and talents. Noel wanted some thing that would stand out and be unique. After looking over his bike and using his imagination he saw that the head light look like Spiderman�s eyes.
After Noel got his bike, he began immediately to customize it. Off came the stock rims and replaced it with billet rims by RC Component. And a set of Michellin Sport tires was used to wrap things up.
Now it was time to make things shine and with the help of Rev Tech the bike was striped down so that the frame, swing arm, and fork could be polished out. After removing the anodized coating there was hours of smoothing the surface of all its pits and castings. After all the flaws in the aluminum was gone. The part could be buffed out to a mirror like shine!

Before the bike was put back together the motor was reworked for more horsepower and speed. So off came the stock restrictive exhaust for freer flowing and Noel chose a full stainless Yoshimura Duplex system with aluminum canister. Now with the bike breathing better the bike need more fuel so the intake was need to be reworked and titanium needles with lager jets were added. And a lees restrictive K&N air filter was used in place of the air box. A RPM ignition advancer was used to beef up the ignition system. Now it needed to be geared up for the high revs.

So the stock gears were replace with a polished rear sprocket by Sprocket Specialist. So two more teeth were added and a new chain was needed so he used a 520 EK blue chain.
Now with the engine and polishing out of the way the bike need to be stable at high speed so Noel added an Ohlins Steering damper so prevent any speed wobbles at high speed that at 140mph when Spiderman is on a hot pursuit on enemy villains the bike can be controlled!
Now it was time for cosmetic work and some of the mods include a euro under tail enclosure, integrators for the rear lights converted into turn signals. The mirrors were removed for a cleaner look. A zero gravity tinge blue windscreen replace to stock one.
Wow, now came the hard part of customizing the R1 to give it the Spiderman effect! So Noel did all the graphic work his self and it wasn�t an easy task. Noel, used vinyl stickers that were cut out one by one line-by-line! A total of 8 hours it took him to finally complete his work of art.
So if you see this R1 on the freeway, make way in which Spiderman might be in on a hot pursuit of criminals! Is Noel Spiderman? Guess you have to catch him and find out!
