If you experience a mechanical or tuning problem within seven days of our visit, we will return and fix the problem to your satisfaction free of charge. *
At other times we offer Emergency Care, most often within 24 hours of your call, billed at a rate of $50 for the first hour or any portion thereof, and an additional $35 per hour for each our thereafter in addition to materials costs.
Travel to and from the church is billed at the rate of .37 per mile.
* PLEASE NOTE: This offer extends ONLY to work completed on the previous service call. For example: if a cipher or a dead note was reported as a problem and that same note continues to give problems following our visit, we will return and fix the problem to your complete satisfaction without charge to the church.
