| Joey Scouts |
| Joey Scouts is the youngest section in Scouting. Ages for Joeys are 6-8 years old. Both male's and female's are elligible to join Joey scouts as long as they are in the right age group. Joeys meet once a week with up to 20 other Joey Scouts and form a Joey scout Mob under the supervision of Trained Jeoy Scout Leaders and their helpers. Joey Scouts wear a uniform that has a maroon polo shirt and they have a scarf to show that they are a member of a Joey Scout Mob. The Joey Scout theme is H.O.P (Help other people). Joeys are taught about sharing, nature and the world around them. Joey's do not use an award scheme and has no structured badge systems or tests. They badges used in Joeys are the world membership badge on the woggle which is recieved after repeating the promise Once a Joey Scout turns 8 years old they then can join Cub Scouts. For this they must complete their link badge to Cub Scouts. To get the Cub Scout link badge Joey scouts have to: 1. Attend 4 Cub Scout meetings. 2. Discuss the Cub Scout Promise and Law. 3. Know and understand the salute, scouts sign and left hand shake. And other stuff.
