What is a PLC Meeting?

The PLC, Patrol Leader's Council, is a meeting that occurs in the first Friday of every month. It is where the Patrol Leaders, Assistant Patrol Leaders and Leaders get together to discuss events that will take place, events that have took place and concerns, worries and issues within the Scout Troop. E.g.: Camps, Patrols e.t.c.
In each meeting, there is a chairman, who leads the meeting, and a secretary who writes down what needs discussing, who attends the meetings and what the consequences of events are.
The meetings occur here, in the scout centre on the first Friday of every month, apart from when camps fall on the same day. We alternate very week. One week all leaders, PLs and APLs will attend and then the month after that only PLs and a leader will attend. This is so the PLs or Leaders can bring up anything that the APLs should not know about. E.g.: Problems with how one of the APLs is acting etc.
