This page is dedicated to all of those people who love to travel.  My wife and I enjoy warm destinations where we can SCUBA, and/or hang out clothing optional, or naked
Hawaii
Our first major vacation was a belated honeymoon to Hawaii for 23 days.  It was personally planned, and we vacationed on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii.  We had a great time, and that's one reason we've never been back.  I feel I'd be comparing the second time to the first, but it's all right.  There are so many more destinations I'd like to visit in my lifetime.  For our first 5 days, we slept at the Royal Hawaiian (the Pink Palace) on Waikiki.  On arrival to Honolulu airport, we found that our luggage hadn't made the transfer from Chicago, so we put on our swimwear, strolled across the largest beach on Waikiki, and went for a swim.  We had a complete change of clothes in our carry-ons, so it wasn't a big problem.  We attended the luau at the Royal, and by the time our dinner and show was over, our bags were in our room.  We registered with Roberts of Hawaii, for our tours. They were great.  I recall Trade Winds tours were pretty good, too.  The only improvement I'd make to our trip, would be to finish the trip from the island from where your departure airport is.  We had to leave the "Big Island" at 8:00 a.m. to fly to Oahu.  Once there, we had to occupy our time till our plane left at 1:00 a.m. the next day.  We had no where to put our bags, and no where to change and no beach to go to.  If you visit Waikiki, you have to take an excursion to the Polonesian Culture Centre.  It was great, if you want to sample all of the South Pacific cultures.
Columbia, Costa Rica, San Blas, Panama, Jamaica
I had never been on a cruise, and everyone I've ever heard tell a story, hasn't been disappointed on a cruise.  For our 25th anniversary, we took a cruise on the Premier Cruise Lines, "Ocean Breeze".  It wasn't big, but that suited me, and I'm glad we did.  The ship has beautiful woodwork and of course, brass.  On this smaller ship, people that we met on outings and tours, we actually saw again on the ship.  It was like a large family.  The crew was unbeatable, and the dining room staff trained as well as any in the world.  The ports of call are interesting, too.  We were the only ship at the time to actually dock in Panama.  We went ashore here, and went SCUBA diving  on two reef locations.
I'd heard of native people harrassing tourists at some of our ports of call, including Jamaica, but we found the people wanted you to visit their shop so they could have a chance to make a sale.  We didn't feel we were bothered too much.  The local people want you to make a deal, too.  If they say a price, and you feel it's too much, you tell them how much you want to pay for it.  You make a deal.  It's a "game" they play.  You never expect to pay the price they first ask.  This applies in the stores in shopping areas, too.  We wouldn't think of doing it here in North America, but it's expected at our ports of call.  In Columbia, they had soldiers in uniform keeping the vendors away from the tourists, but if you saw something you would like, you could approach them.  My wife was asked to buy a necklace for $5 dolla, and in the end, bought three items for a set of costume jewellery at $7 dolla.  We felt we made a deal, since the set would have cost us about $5 Canadian plus tax, back home.
A vendor with tie-dye Tshirts with the slogan, "Hard Rock Cafe" and "No Worries, Mon" , was asking $25 US, and I bargained her down to $18.  Back home it would easily have cost, $50 Cdn. plus tax.
All in all, we had a great time on the cruise.  I'd recommend the Ocean Breeze to all.  The service was unbeatable.  The Ocean Breeze is now SCRAP.
After the cruise, we were guests at Couples Resort, Ocho Rios, Jamaica.  It was a wonderful stay.  I feel I held my own, regarding weight gain on the ship, but when we arrived at Couples, I was greeted with Champagne and a warm moist cloth, while we filled out an information form.  With all premium bar drinks included, it was hard not to gain a few pounds here.  You have to try the "strawberry milkshakes" they serve at the bar.  Watch what they put in them.  The staff was great here, too, but I wondered when the male staff dressed up in "drag" for one of the shows, they actually looked good...and could they ever move.  :-)  The nude "Tower Isle" is ok, but it's a bit of a pain going over on the boat to take your clothes off.  I spent a few hours over there working on my all-over-tan.  The clothed bar tender was friendly and courteous.  The bar was "cool".

I'm looking for a trim and active female, platonic travel companion, to travel to nudist destinations.  I enjoy participating in activities rather than watching them, so if you like to be active in outdoor pursuits, in the buff, let me know.  Take care,  Scout
