Here's a REAL big movie Prop!!! The sub From the Movie "K-19" to be playing in a theatre near you in the near future. Part of the production was filmed in Halifax around spring and early summer of 2001. This sub was brought up from Florida for the shoot and was physically modified for the look in the movie, as you see here. This was neat to find docked on a pier in Halifax Harbour, one of the few things that was FREE, with no admission charge, just a security guard watching over the thing, who had no problems with wandering around and taking a few pics...FREE is good.... .
