Anyways, a little more about me... I work on this site as much as I can, between classes at school and such. I'm in my second year of college, but my first year in this program (which is Law Clerk). My college has no curling team, even though in the athletics building there are team pictures of the curling teams from about 10 years ago that won all these tournaments. I asked them if we could have a team this year. They said no.
It is my goal to someday go to the Scott Tournament of Hearts and the Olympics. That has been my dream for a long time.
I have been a fan of curling since I was 14, during the winter of 1998. I got hooked on it watching Sandra Schmirler at the olympics. I started curling myself when I was 15 on my highschool team in grade 10. My first year I played second, and then the 3 years after that I played vice. I also have my level 1 technical coaching liscense. I would get my level one theory so I could be completely certified... but I just haven't done it yet, keep forgetting to!
So that's me in the picture on the right. A photographer came to take pictures of the bantams and juniors... I wanted to have this intense look on my face like I was actually throwing, but he said I had to smile and look at the camera. How unrealistic, lol.
