A Kiss
"You are in my thoughts
Both night and day.
Each moment passing
With a hopeful ray.
My thoughts are hope,
My mind full of bliss,
For deep in my heart
I want just one kiss."
He sees all the love
Come forth as she sighs,
Wrapped in the flame
Sparking up in her eyes.
Moving closer to her,
The moment draws near,
His heart begins racing
With no sign of fear.
One final thought,
As their lips finally touch,
"This could be heaven
For the kiss tells of such."
