WHAT ABOUT HIM? WHAT ABOUT RAVEN DECEMBER 2002 1st December 2002 - HeAT Show Raven was scheduled to face no-one on this showing of HeAT but to follow the Master-Piece story-line, he was given some promo time. Raven was stopped by Howard Finkel in the backstage area with the Ring Announcer asking for reasoning of why Aaron Steven's finger's were broken by Raven this past week, Raven replied... Howard, I broke his fingers because there must be consequences for one's choices. I'm trying to bring salvation to him, to you Howard, to everyone else out there. Breaking his fingers hurt me a hell of a lot more than it did hurt him. You see, society is made up of people who act one way in public and another way in private. They do not have the courage to stand up for their own filthy convictions. Therefore, I will be brave for them, Howard; that is why I'm creating a masterpiece. So that people can stand back and look at ten... twenty... a thousand years and see what a brilliant, courageous savior that I am! I will be granted immortality.Since I have nothing but time on my hands Howard, that is why I have held off starting my masterpiece. I thought I would give you people a chance to change. Obviously you either can't, or you won't, and therefore, I will do a demonstration. Each week my masterpiece will consist of demonstrations, using one of the seven deadly sins. Whether it be wrath, or sloth, or greed or pride. And one poor, unfortunate individual will be sacrificed, Howard; Because the needs of the many far outweigh the needs of the few. And these taken together as a whole, they will be my video masterpiece. Because they will show the world what society is, and show my courage in bringing it to them. Quoth the Raven, Nevermore. So what does this mean, well basically it means Raven is gonna enflict pain on some sorry individual each week until he feels the time is right to reveal his Master-Piece, so what is this Master-Piece, hopefully, it will be a Flock, a story line to take him back to RAW, or Smackdown even, I have heard Perry Saturn is no longer with the WWE, which is backed up with the fact that he is not on the Smackdown website anymore and also does not feature in Smackdown - Shut Your Mouth of which Mark Henry does.... anyway theres Stevie, there's Justin, there's Kanyon and Rhyno, and Dreamer and even the return of the Godfather as one Papa Shango has been mentioned, all will be revealed, but when.. when dammit? 6th, 7th, & 8th December 2002 - House Shows Raven featuring in loads of matches with the so called superhero Hurricane. All shows featured the same kinda match. Both guys got pretty good reaction really. Raven is getting a reaction from the fans and a reaction that warrantsa place on RAW or Smackdown. Off the point a minute... we all know Raven got banned from ever appearing on RAW, but not from Smackdown, so itcould be a Smackdown future for Raven.....or.... Cactus Jack lost a loser leaves town match banishing him... yet he on the other hand, came back as a different character...,I am not suggesting Raven is considering a change in character as WWE seem to be fianlly using his mystical words that he portrays as the Raven character...I just thought I'd point it out. Anyway each of these Hurri-Matches as I'll call them ended with Raven goingfor the EvenFlow before Hurricane reversed into the 'Eye of the Hurricane' and that was it for Raven. 8th December 2002 - HeAT Show Raven is seen in the back talking to this guy, he asks him his name and the guy replys Mike, looked like the guy off Velocity I think, anyway, Raven states that soon his Master-Piece will be unveiled and Mike will be the lucky individual to witness it. Raven went on with this... "Mike, the reason I've asked you to join me is tonight I begin my masterpiece. That's you and everyone else out there's first step towards salvation and my first step towards immortality. I know you and everyone else out there thinks that I'm some sort of psychotic fanatic, some sort of evil zealot. I want you to know that I'm not doing this for me; I'm doing this for you. I mean, that's why, that's why I thought the intimate setting of a shared meal, a boxed lunch, would be an appropriate place to begin the first step of my masterpiece... greed. Do you consider yourself a greedy person, Mike?" Mike reply no, which resulted in Raven stamping on his Sandwich bare-footed and offering $100 to lap it up. Mike refused and this went on until $500 was agreed and he lapped it up face first like a dog much to Raven's disgust... "Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you greed! Look at that - you're pathetic! You're just like everyone else out there who thinks they're above reproach. You're a hypocrite and you're a sinner. Here's your money" Raven then attacked 'Mike' and just like Aaron Stevens got, Mike got two broken fingers too as Raven walked away mumbling sinner's...sinners. So Raven is gonna reveal something each week, this week was greed, what will next week bring? Also on this episode Stevie, yes I refuse to call him Steven, Stevie Richards had a match with Johnny The Bull 'I don't know if I am face or Hell' Stamboli of which the King of Swing won. Yeah Stevie is getting a big push not just HeAT but he's on RAW most weeks too. It was a pretty decent match, the Bull hitting a Belly to Belly, Stevie kicking out. Stevie got up and hit a EvenFlow really, but he supposedly calls it the Ste-Vie-T instead of DDT. He was always the funny one, still is, after the match Victoria his physcho bitch girlfriend came out and bit his chin and the King of Swing loved it. 13th, 14th December 2002 - House Show Raven faces the Bull, Johnny Stamboli in some clone matche's if you understand that, ok, well matches that were just about the same apart from venue, these both fully portrayed Raven as the face, to all the fans in attendance, not sure if this was meant to be or not as WWE are unsure what role to give the Bull. Raven won with an EvenFlow and that was that. Also this week Raven was mentioned in Jim Ross's, Ross Report, the theme was what each superstar wanted for Christmas, Raven, well he simply replied a Flock. He went on talking about Hanukkah, how there are 8 festive nights, well Raven wants 8 Flock members for his Christmas present. Lets think about this, Saturn has been released unfortunatly, WWE destroyed him with that 'Mop' storyline. Stevie is currently jugging it with Victoria, could them two be Flock member's, Raven always seems to like a women around whether it be Chastity, Buelah, Kimona, Francine, Terri, or Tori, his might be a possability. Then theres Kanyon, no storyline as still training, Kidman, Crusierweight Champion, Rhyno, Still recovering possible for No Way Out. What about Dreamer, ex-nemesis could they settle something out after the latest Loser Leaves Town Match, there are others, and also the possability of new comers, like Sean O'Haire for example, we''ll see, we'll see. 16th December 2002 - RAW Show Thats right RAW Show, you read that right, Raven returned to RAW in what looked like an attempt to gain back his position on the roster. As the latest marketing plan for Test and Stacy Keibler was been planned the camera zoomed into the background where Raven was seen huddled in a corner wearing a black hoodie. Raven didn't get to speak as he was hanging round some production geezers, but King and J.R were wondering what he was doing, well I say that, in storyline speech. You know. Whats next for Raven is he ready for the push that he so badly deserves. Could we please have the Raven of that of ECW. A Flock, yeah that'd be great to. Raven has basically run HeAT on his own, he has turned it into his personal playground and now hes ready to strike back with avengance, Yippee-Kai-Ayy 22nd December 2002 - HeAT Show As Jackie and Molly Holly were finishing off their match, of which Jackie won, Raven came down and accused Jackie of dressing like a slut, which you can't argue with, anyhow, Raven vowed to teach Jackie a lesson supposedly committing the deadly sin of 'Pride'. Raven was probably on his way to snapping Jackie's finger's which he has done on others previously when we all heard....Stand Back Theres A Hurricane Coming Through... Hurricane came down and basically told Raven or Citizen Physcho, that he couldn't tell people what to do and the two decided to settle it in the ring. The match began stops and starts with both men getting knocked out of the ring a number of times. Hurricane then hit a stereotypical Raven move, the drop toe-hold, before hitting the Shining Wizard but Raven kicked out. Hurricane went for the Hurri-Slam, Raven tried to reverse into the EvenFlow but Helms revearsed again into 'The Eye of the Hurricane' for the pinfall. 29th December 2002 - HeAT Show Raven is shown talking to the Hurricane when Chief Morley makes his entrance. Hurricane walks off as Morley begins to put forth an offer for Raven. Over the months gone buy, Morley claims he and Mr Bischoff have been quite disturbed by some of Raven's actions whilst executing his 'MasterPiece'. So Morley has an offer for Raven, and seen as Raven had been seen on RAW backstage a week or so back, Morley figured to stop the MasterPiece, Raven should be offered the oppertunity to compete on RAW as a, well, bribe. The thing is Raven must win one match, this HeAT, against Dreamer, which Raven must have felt pretty confident about due to the speed which he replied, "I'll do it. I'll do it." Pre-Taped over a week beofre Airing, Sunday Night HeAT was conducted on Saturday 21st December, Scheuled to take place was Raven versus former nemesis Tommy Dreamer. Before the match began talk was taken on Raven's recent showing up on RAW, with Raven claiming this was infact his aim. This resulted in Howard Finkel telling those in attendance that if Raven were to beat Tommy Dreamer tonight, the ban would infact be lifted, and thats not a bad thing, thats, a good thing. This gave me hope. Anyhow as the match got underway both men had their times in the match, a series of ECW chants were heard throughout the arena, which is always good to know. As the referee was distracted Raven captured the win with a low-blow and all was put right. Raven on RAW? You darm right he is. He won't be back on rAW this week as this HeAT has not been Aired but 2003, will yruly be The Year of the Raven, On the subject of Stevie, the King of Swing whooped some ass Stevie Style, giving Jeff Hardy a right good jobbing. Stevie was busted open but he was in top form, Victoria wasn't too impressed with the blood and gave the kiss a miss at the end of the match. By the way this idea of Raven wanting a Flock for Christmas and it been a 8-Man one, not to temp fate but I think I could see the likes of Raven, Stevie, Victoria, Dreamer, Credible, Kanyon, been 6 of those 8, with other possabilities of Kidman, (probably least likely with Cruiserweight tie's on Smackdown), Jeff Hardy, Rhyno or Stamboli.
