"The Rage of The Cage"
Raven (in the cage)/Brian Lee (in the crowd)/Stevie (in the Raven's Nest) VS Sandman (in the cage)/Dreamer (in the crowd)/Gordy (in the Raven's Nest)
At the start of the match Raven was officially weighing in at 222 pounds, as the reigning ECW World Champion. Stevie Richards is seen kneeling down on the balcony next to the commemtators box as the stipulation states that the Sandman must pin Stevie in order to gain the Title. Stevie thought he was safe up there I guess.
Sandman makes his way to the ring with Missy Hyatt and enters the steel cage as Metallica rings around the building. As he does Raven grabs a mic and says �Spare me, and I�ll give you your son�. Sandman, you let me be,� and you can have Tyler back� (Tyler and Sandman�s wife had joined raven in a campaign against the Sandman sometime before this and dressed in the same style) Raven was knelt down as Sandman thought this through only for raven to jump him while he was unguarded. He immediately goes for the Singapore Cain and workd on Sandman before clapping on the Figure Four Leglock. Yeah this is not a regualar Raven move however, Sandman�s knee had been giving him trouble sometime before this and Raven was using that to his advantage.
Music Hits, its Gordy! He wants the ECW Title too and goes straight for Stevie and gets a weak Stevie Kick. Gordy soon busts Richards open and gets a 2 count with his own referee. Yes the Title cannot just be won by Sandman it is open.
Prime Time Brian Lee makes his way to the ring attacking Gordy and saving Richards. Suddenly �Alice in Chains� hits the PA and out comes the Innovator of Violence to ringside attacking Prime Time with a garbage can. Super Nova and Luna then interfere to help out there bWo buddy Stevie Richards, as Dreamer and Brian Lee make their way up to the Legion.
Gordy then enters the cage, smashing Raven into the side steel several times as Stevie climbs over the top of the cage and onto the top corner. He aims for Gordy with a body press but ends up with Gordys fist in his stomach, 1, 2, no not quite.
Dreamer and Lee are battleing with a door removed from its hinges from somewhere out of the blue. Meanwhile back in the ring, Stevie receives a piledriver courtesy of Gordy, as does Raven, this match has truly gone into chaos.
Meanwhile Sandman is still in the ring inside the cage, but barely moves due to his knee. Brian Lee enters the cage through the door, and takes Gordy back outside with him. Raven locks on the Figure Four once again on the Sandman with Stevie watching from the ropes.
Then comes the Innovator of Violence, Tommy Dreamer as he enters the cage giving a Stevie Kick to Stevie himself before breaking up the submission hold with Sandman�s Cane.
Beulah and Kimona then are spotted making their way to ringside. Dreamer reveals some chains and as a re-incarnation of Heatwave 1995, Raven is crucified to the Stell Cage. Enter Dylan as he steps in front of Raven using the Crucifix Pose in front of his father and Dreamer. Tommy goes to hit Raven with a chair but Sandman puts a stop to harming his son, this resulting in Super Nova climbing the cage and using a pair of wirecutters to free Raven from the chains as Tommy and Sandman continued there argument.
DreamerFlow DDT is issued on Raven, but Raven kicks out at 2. Meanwhile Super Nova and Luna setup 3 tables sacked ontop of each other to the right hand side of the cage. This stack nearly reaches the top of the cage but not quite. So it�s a pretty big stack. Dreamer and Prime Time make their way up to the top corner of the cage nearest the stack of tables in a battle to destroy. Prime Time Splash, which is commonly known better as a Chokeslam sends Tommy through the 3 tables and onto the floor. Big knock.
In the ring Sandman reverses an EvenFlow into a DDT of his own and goes for the pin, 1, 2, 3, Sandman wins the match, but not the Title as it was Raven in which he pinned, resulting in Raven retaining the ECW World Title.
After the match Prime Time chokes out Missy Hyatt before Kimona and Beulah try to put a stop to this before getting choked out themselves as Brian Lee walks away leaving the three women lying on the floor.
