| Reference:�Physical Education Uniform, Gym Lockers and other requirements | ||||||||||||||
| Students who are taking Physical Education are required to ?dress out? for class.� The proper attire for this class is a dark pair of gym shorts or sweatpants, a white T-shirt or sweatshirt, or any ECMA shirt, socks and tennis shoes.� Student must be prepared to go outside unless the weather is below 40 degrees.� Hats and water bottles are permitted during hot weather. Each student in this class will be required to dress out and participate each day. | ||||||||||||||
| All students must be dressed to participate in physical education! | ||||||||||||||
| A deduction of 10 points will automatically be recorded for failure to dress out.� You cannot participate if you are not dressed out.� As a result, 5 points are deducted for failure to dress and 5 for non-participation. This includes any unexcused absence. (ISS, Suspension). | ||||||||||||||
| All students in Physical Education will be given the opportunity to purchase the rental of a gym locker.� Students who choose to rent a locker will be issued a locker and combination after paying a $5.00 fee. Lockers will be issued on an individual basis and NO student will be allowed to share a locker.� This often leads to lost clothes and inability to dress out. | ||||||||||||||
