View of all the doors open. I will likely follow the lead of local RV-8 builder Joe Waltz and mount the engine monitoring and ignition electronics on the bottom of the baggage floor panels. This allow full access to the electronics by simply unscrewing and turning over the panels..

A special reinforcement strip had to be made to go around the edge of the doors so the door had something to close against and there was a place to mount the nutplates. |
