1/ Turning Into Right Stance, execute Right Hand High Section Palm Block
2/ Left Punch
3/ Right Punch
4/ Right leg Front Kick
5/ Right Punch
6/ Right Punch
7/ Left Punch
8/ Left leg Turning Kick
9/ Right leg Back Kick (Minimum height mid section)
10/ Right high section Knifehand Strike

B --- C
11/ Turning Into Left Stance, execute Left Hand High Section Palm Block
12/ Right Punch
13/ Left Punch
14/ Left leg Front Kick
15/ Left Punch
16/ Left Punch
17/ Right Punch
18/ Right leg Turning Kick
19/ Left leg Back Kick (Minimum height mid section)
20/ Left high section Knifehand Strike
 

Things to note:
a/ Done at Speed, realistic situation being imagined/practised.
b/ Speed should not detract from performing full and proper Techniques.
c/ Target Time of 6 seconds should be sought.
