Tails wagging, giving such delight
Show them love and kindness and they'll be forever by your side
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Amber is the newest edition to the zoo. She is a toy poodle and full of energy. She is absolutely adorable and funny. She was named after the girl that gave her to us.
Smudge (1998-present) was born in the wild and afraid of people. It took my sister about a month to win him over and he's been here since. For a cat that was afraid of people he is the most loving cat and loves plenty of attention.
Sidney (1994-present) Sidney was adopted at the age of 5 from Last Hope Animal Shelter by my sister. When she saw him she fell in love with him so she could not nor would not leave him there. At first, I was upset with her since we had enough animals but within a day or two Sidney won my heart also. Out of all the cats, Sidney is the most loving cat. He loves to be held and he constantly wants attention. Sometimes he acts more like a dog then a cat. He climbs on you lap to sleep, play and even give kisses. He is truly a great cat.
Angel--(2001-present) a stray cat came along that we took in until we could find a home for her. We got her checked by the vet to make sure she was a healthy cat before finding her a home and to our surprise they informed us that this very yourg cat was pregnant. We were in shock. Angel gave birth to 4 kittens. They were adorable and very easy to get attached to but we did find all of them homes. After finding homes for all the kittens we could not find one for Angel so she became a permanent resident in our little zoo. She gets along great with Sidney and Smudge but Ebony and her fight and try to avoid each other.
