Help yourself to Happiness
Everybody, everywhere
seeks happiness, it's true,
But finding it and keeping it
seem difficult to do.....
Because we're unaware that happiness
is just a state of mind
Within the reach of everyone
who takes time to be kind--
For in making others happy
we will be happy, too,
For the happiness you give away
returns to shine on you

Helen Steiner Rice
Happiness is difficult to explain
because people find it hard to obtain
There are so many people unhappy and depressed
They just don't realize they are blessed
You see people do not realize
Happiness is not something you idealize
I truly think it's a shame
that people think to be happy you need fortune and fame
They also think it all depends on your wealth
But think about it, what's more important then good health
Others seem to suggest
It's all in what you possess
They try to possess more and more
But there no happier then before
The pursuit for happiness is not in what you gain
That's what makes it so difficul to obtain
The truth is ....Happiness is not hard to find
You see happiness is all in the mind
You need to try and find it in everything you do
Because  true happiness depends on you
Happiness comes from within
and when you realize this you will win....
