Scott Saige was born in New Mexico on the 13 July 1969. He was born to Allen and Jerry Saige in Cliff, in southern New Mexico.  He grew up in a family of three children.

He moved to Silver City when he was 6. His family moved from Silver City and eventually settled in Las Cruces where his parents currently live. As a young boy he took an interest in music and was elected the best trumpet player of the state at the age of 17. He was a member of a rock band where he played guitar and co-wrote lyrics till he left New Mexico to settle in St. Louis.

He went to university at New Mexico State University where he graduated with a bachelors in Electrical Engineering.

He has a great passion for traveling and enjoys the outdoors. He is a certified Padi Scuba diver and longs for the next trip to the coast. He is an IT professional and currently works as an acting Project Manager in a software development company.
