Fezeka Saige was born in the town of Alice in a Province formerly known as Ciskei in South Africa. This province is now called the Eastern Cape. She was born to Agnes Nontuthuzelo Mbabane and Thomas Bangisizwe Mbabane. Her parents were born in a town called Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape and that is the place she calls home. She grew up in a family of 6 children and her father was a pastor in the Methodist Church. She went to school in Mc Auley House Convent where she was involved in public speaking. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She continued her studied at the University of South Africa where she earned an Honors in Management Information Systems. She graduated in May 2003 with a Masters in Business Administration from St. Louis University. She is currently working at Express Scripts which is Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) company. Through the use of technology Express Scripts aims to lower the costs of prescriptions for both its clients and members. She has a great passion for the outdoors and traveling. She is also conscious of the need to help keep Xhosa, her home language, alive and readily accessible for all who want to learn it.
