As more of these 'lost' family photos are recovered, they will be scanned and published. Sarah Jones, is picctured in with Dr Jones family in other miniatures, as well as an early 19th century B & W photo showing her alone in a long skirt, tanned and wearing a Mother Hubbard style large brimmed bonnet. She resembles her mother's family the Aaron Hobarts, rather than her father. [mayybe a little of both].
- The photographs mentioned at this page [with lnks] are part of the life collection via her parents, and she, of Mary Alice Scott, this webmaster's paternal great-aunt. Her family history property passed mainly to Sarah Elizabeth Scott, my father's sister; and all of the photographs linked here were last reviewed before last week, in 1984, at her home in Lexington & some n 1994 at West Springfield, Ma. How and when they were separated from the full grouping, and returned to a previously searched cabinet for last weeks 'cleaning' discovery by Dorothy L. Connolly (webmaster's mother) at our West Springfield, Ma home is unknown or unexplained. Other family photographs have yet to be returned or re-discovered. (They would include photographs of Henry M. Scott & Charles Henry Scott; letters family papers, possibly old land records etc)
