�� | The Reception... �����You don't want to miss our reception! Years of making sure that people have fun, along with DJing over 300 weddings, makes Scott an expert at throwing successful parties. While the Knights of Columbus in State College isn't the Waldorf Astoria, it's not the Podunk Fire Hall either. This venue has always fostered an atmosphere that combines all of the elegance of a quality hotel with the laid-back attitude of your favorite night club.  The State College Knights Of Columbus �����We've decided to offer our guests a wide range of choices through a buffet dinner. After all, just because you think you want the seafood dinner when you RSVP, that doesn't mean you won't be craving a thick slab of roast beef when you get to the reception. Why not have both!? Or, maybe you'd prefer the chicken? The Knight's top-quality caterers are one of State College's best kept secrets. You're sure to enjoy the spread they're going to prepare for us. �����For desert, we're hoping you enjoy the cake as much as we do. We're foregoing the stereotypical vanilla or marble cake in favor of a delicious chocolate-raspberry creation from one of Penn State's head pastry chefs, Heather Luse. We're sure that Heather's culinary talents will wow you too. �����And, that's where the real fun begins...definitely be prepared to dance the night away. No one has ever said that Scott doesn't know how to throw a party! DJ Ray Anthony, a close friend of our's will be playing every type of music that you can imagine to get you to dance. Don't be afraid to ask him for your personal favorites; he probably has them. And, he's there until we're not! No shutting down just as the party gets going here. �����Afraid to dance? Need some help getting out on the dance floor? Well, belly-up to the bar for some liquid encouragement! We'll have a fully-stocked, open bar the entire night. Whether your drink of choice is coke, or rum-n-coke, beer, or root beer, there'll be something there for you. Served to you by a professional, highly trained bartender (Chad- courteous and knowledgable. Works regularly with Scott at the Brewery, and has EXTENSIVE 5 star training.), most drinks you can think of will be available to you. �����And, please, PLEASE, be sure to ham it up for our photographer and close friend Jay! He has a knack of catching the ultimate shot, but that might require a little help from our guests. We'd like to look back in 15 years and say, "Remember when Mike did that before he became a Senator?" Show Me A Map! |
