Download Entry file by clicking on the 2008 Entry Form link. Enable Macros then Follow directions and send an email to [email protected] by midnight 2 Feb 2008.
Before you download/open the Entry form. Make sure the following is set up for your Microsoft Excel.
Open Excel and go to: Tools>Macro>Security and set it to Medium
