Steve Pendergrass was the fast qualifier, but Scott Borchetta started from the pole after the inversion. Borchetta took command at the start, holding off Willie Allen when the green flag flew.

The only caution of the race came out on lap 11 when the fifth-place-running truck of Bill Christie spun in turn one. On the restart the top five were Borchetta, Allen, Steve Pendergrass, David Brown, and Mike Barrett. By lap 15, Tandy Marlin had moved into fifth, with Barrett fourth. The top five ran that way lap after lap.

At the halfway point of the race, Marlin looked to the inside of Barrett but couldnt make the pass. Five laps later, Allen tried the inside under Borchetta, but had to fall back in line. By lap 35 it looked like lapped traffic would be a factor, but Borchetta, Allen, and Pendergrass were all able to get by.

Pendergrass made another try on lap 38, but got loose and couldnt make the pass. With just seven laps to go, the top three were nose to tail. Marlin in fifth tried the outside lane on Barrett, but again couldnt close the deal.

With just four to go, Pendergrass got up by Allen and the two were side by side at the line. But Pendergrass had to fall back in behind Allen, as Borchetta went on to cross the finish line first. Allen held on to second, with Pendergrass third, Barrett fourth, and Marlin fifth.

In an extensive post-race inspection, all of the top five finishers were disqualified. That gave Allen Carter the victory with Scott Fetcho second, Josh Adams third, Ricky Bolden fourth, and BJ Sanders fifth.

Scott Fetcho (with 86 points) is your current SuperTruck points leader with Ricky Bolden 2nd and Allen Carter 3rd.
