| MY THOUGHTS/OPINIONS/CRITICISMS. | ||||
| My School Classes- In other words what my classes are and how are the teachers. *Gym- Not really a class. Majority of girls who are a made of a majority of Mexicans. Boys majority Mexicans. The coaches, as they claim themselves to be, see no hope in us and therefore do not try to help us. Their spirit I assume had to have been worn down after years and years of trying to help kids, little ones, acheive their goals and raise their spirit. But they must've realized that moving on up in grade levels, that their effort was useless. As lets say trying to get Frank who is scared of the ball to try at basketball. Nothing would help Frank so they just yell at him now. I saw the white,small, beer-belly one watching TV across from our court on the other side. Making me wonder. He's the one who yells and just feels as if we are nothing. The girl coach I have no profile on; I never see her at all. All she does is check roll, tell us to strech and that's it. The black coach, I dont think his hope on all of us is dead, it's dying though. He yells random things at random things at random times. Such as playing volleyball: "Go girl, move boy don't be afraid of the ball!" Everyone's lazy in gym, that's why we're there, you feel so tired and drained when you walk in you just don't wanna do anything; as if anyone does. Well that's my summary on gym, although it most likely disagrees with anyone elses. *Geography- Well the teacher is so easy, i.e. a rookie. She does not defend her rules such as saying no talking were still talking. She's telling us to stop but we don't. One kid plays her by leaving his work there and saying he forgets, falling asleep and saying he feels sick and she buys it. The work is not hard, it is more plain busy work. All I've learned is vocabulary, just vocab which is just mindless. |
