Subject: Staff excellence

I just wanted to report a comment I received from Advance Paradigm regarding all the changes necessary for the Provena business and the changes in codes necessary to get that. Brian Adlof our client advocate praised our IS department for the diligence in getting the codes changed in the system quickly and acurately. The last minutes changes needed to accomodate the Provena detail reports were handled very professionally once again by JD and staff. It is a real joy to work with this kind of staff who are very intelligent, do their job well and do it very timely.
