Just a quick note to update you on our dates & nights:
Monday, December 24th: NO Skating
Thursday, December 27th: 6:30pm- 8:00pm
Sunday, December 30th: 10:00am- 11:30am
In January, we will begin using Wednesdays again as Scooters has not got their new programme for the Wednesday evenings started yet. The time slot will be 8:30pm- 10:00pm. We will use this evening and time slot until Scooters needs it and will then probably have to go back to the Thursday time.
Most of you seem to prefer the Wednesday and its 8:30pm start time due to rush hour traffic problems when trying to get to Scooters for 6:00pm- 6:30pm. Also Peter has been trying to generate interest in the club by staging a couple of fun races for the session skaters as the public session ends and before we take the floor so it would be good to continue this activity.
The Sunday practices in January will continue from 10.00am -11.30am. As always try to arrive a half hour earlier than the start time to get
ready to go on the floor at the start time.
