Looking forward to seeing those of you yet to make your first indoor practice. If that is you please have Peter, Jennifer or me give you your registration & waiver forms. I have begun filling in the info. so you just need to check to see that what I have completed is current; change if necessary and fill in any blanks left.
The forms are:
1. Club registration form with club waiver on back
2. Scooters Rink Waiver form
Have your payment option sorted out and submit the appropriate fees.
Those of you who are current members of Roller Sport Canada (RSC) do not have to pay insurance fees. You are covered until March 31st 2002.
There are three separate fees each payable to different account names:
1.Practice or Floor Time Fee payable to Scooters Roller Palace.
2.Club fee payable to Scooters Artistic/Speed Club
3.Roller Sport Canada (RSC) registration (includes insurance) payable to Roller Sport Ontario (RSO).
Guests are required complete:
1. Club Waiver form (orange paper)
2. Scooters Rink Waiver form
Guest fees:
16yrs & over = $5.00
15yrs & under = $3.00
Just to remind you that the following Sundays have a time change due to roller hockey before us and there will be roller hockey after us on these
days.
Sunday Nov.4 = 10.00am - 11.30am
Sunday Nov.11 = 10.00am - 11.30am
Sunday Nov.18 = 10.00am - 11.30am
After that we return to 9.30am - 11.00am on Sundays.There has been no change to our Thursday 6.30pm - 8.00pm practice.
Remember please be there one half hour before our start time to get changed and ready to go right at our official start time on both practice days. Also please remember to "sign in" and check off the appropriate column re your membership category in the club binder. Look for any group messages or other info. beside the sign in page.
As in the past, the Scooters management ask that we continue to change our clothes before & after practices (if need be) in the washroom area or one of the party rooms that may be available to us.
