She was wisked away at the roll of the dice to an imposing Lord who was accused of murder and had the looks to make you tremble. Gareth was a man that had a lot to prove to his peers and Rowena was the tool to do just that. Yet when it came to doing it, he found he couldnt' bring himself too. He couldn't use the fair beauty that had plauged his memories all these years. Of course she didn't know about any of it , yet.

Would she believe he was the murderer they claimed him to be?

She came to know him as only close friends or family did. This man was no murderer, but who was it that had let him take the blame all these years, and what happens when another murder occurs when his temper is on the rise ?

A very good story, I look forward to getting more of Ms. Medeiros' books.
