The Lion's Lady

She's the daughter of an English lady who married a king who lost his kingdom. Her mother, Jessica, ran from the horror that was her husband's land to escape to the new land of America. When her mother is killed by a bear attack, Christina is taken to be raised by Merry of the Dakota tribe. She had befriended Jessica when she saved her son, White Eagle. Keeping her promise to Jessica, Christina is raised as a warrior so that she can protect herself from her father when she must return to England to claim her inheirantance.

Lyon was a man that had been betrayed by his wife and brother and didn't want any close relationship with any woman, much less a lady, but when he seen the Princess Christina, he found a puzzle that had to be solved. Why did she have no past that anyone could tell him? What was she hiding? He sets out determined to find out all of her secrets, no matter what.

Only she's not just hiding secrets, she's hiding a glorious streak of pure desire and uninhibited responses! And why does she say things like "mating" and why does she get her English mixed up? He's determined to know the answers.
