Earth Song

Phillipa was an impulsive girl who always "thought with her feet first". So when her father tells an adament suitor that she's to marry one of the nasitiest old men around, she plans to escape from the gloomy future she sees. Stealing away on one of her father's wool wagons, she plans on going to one of her cousin's homes, only on the way there the wagons are stolen !

Not knowing whether she's a guest, or prisoner at the run down castle of Dienwald de Fortenberry, she sets out to prove herself more than just a feather brain woman as everyone tends to think.

Dienwald sets out to prove to himself that he doesn't want this tall gorgeous woman that's been thrown into his midst.

It's set in the time of King Edward and it turns out he is closer to Phillipa than anyone could imagine.

It was a good book. The characters were well written and you have to laugh at Phillipa's antics and doing before thinking. The end got kinda slow, and i got tired of hearing Dienwald saying the same phrase of "shut your ______ mouth" as in "shut your woman mouth, shut your fool mouth, blah blah, it became sort of redundant. : p
