Calypso Magic
When the Earl of Saint Leven, Lyon Ashton, is betrayed by his fiancee, he doesn't think he could ever trust another woman in his life. That is he was determined not too until he met his many times removed cousin Diana. When his Aunt Lucia decides that they are the perfect match, it's all they can do to keep from proving her right.
Though constantly snipping at each other and taking pleasure in rendering the other speechless, they eventually start looking at each other in a different light.
When Diana decides she wants to return to her island home, Lyon goes as part of her escourt. Though nothing goes as it should for him, from not having the other family with them as a chaperone, and getting aboard the possible pirate ship, captained by the handsome Rafael Carstairs, it's one thing after another for the couple. When they are stranded on Calypso Island they decide to let fortune have it's way.
Only, once they discover the joys of each other they discover the mystery that's enveloped her home island in murder two times over ! They must work together to find out what has brought the dark cloud over the warm island she calls home.
A very good story and the characters are a hoot. :) I tended to get into seeing what the other was going to come up with as a remark for each comment! There's lots of description of the places they are in, the only thing i think she could have expanded on was the descriptions of the characters. i tended to forget what they looked like since she didn't tell of their looks to often. :) It's a good book that i think you'll enjoy and i look forward to reading more of her books.
