Brighter Than the Sun

Ms. Quinn delivers a delightful story filled with laughter and frolics. When Ellie is unexpectedly fallen on by a man from a tree, she has no idea what he has in store for her future. Even though he's foxed, he knows a catch when he finds it and proceeds to ask her to marry him, though not for romantic reasons, financial reasons for both of them.

After accepting his proposal, Ellie finnds herself fascinated with Charles. He's a man who has a good heart and she's been the recipient of more than one good overature from him, and he's got a delightful sense of humor, and he puts up with her! Charles feels the same about her, though neither know how to go about telling the other.

Eventually finding the words to speak thier hearts, they also find that someone wants someone dead. From poisonings to carriage accidents, it's adding up to foul play and someone's going to be hurt before it's all over.

I highly reccomend this book. if you like laughing while you read, then you will not be disappointed! the characters are wonderful and their banter will keep you in tears!
