If I could bottle your whispering breath, I'd listen to its echoes to help me get my rest, If I could undress your mind, and look at your naked thought, It would probably blind my eyes, but it would be such a little loss. If I could, I'd hand you the universe on a silver platter, Nicely decorated in an orderly manner. I wish to all that is good and rightfully standing, That I could break down all the walls between us, I'm still looking for the right cannon. And if I could get to the captive within, I'd find those green jewels, polish them up And hand them back to you with a grin. I'd take you off, but I got too short of a runaway, I'd like to make all your paths soft, And light all your gloomy sundays, Someday, I'll see for myself their exact shade, But for now I'll picture them a nice glowing jade. Is that how you got to become queen? Or did you find the king and start to flirt and tease? I'd track you down by the scent of strawberries in the breeze But i'm afraid that if I found you, I'd be too weak in the knees, If I did find you, you'd have to come with me on a journey. A quest, destinationless, You drive so there's no swevering. And even if we get no where, I'd be worth the ride, As long as your there, Happy Valentines.
