Scott Cain’s debut single “I’m Moving On” has entered the national Aria Chart at the coveted #1 position. Scott rose to fame as the winner, voted by the Australian public as the first solo Popstar from the popular TV series. For the first time the Australian public have chosen who they want to win.
Scott enters the Australian record books becoming the first ever solo Australian pop performer to have his debut single “I’m Moving On” enter the national Singles Chart in the #1 position. In addition, Scott joins the company of artists including Midnight Oil,
silverchair, Kylie Minogue and Bardot as Australian artists who have entered the Australian singles chart in the #1 position.
It is turning out to be a very memorable week for Scott - not only has his debut single “I’m Moving On” entered the charts at #1, the track was the #1 most added song at Australian radio last week along with the single surpassing gold status.
