Japanese Turkey Steaks

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 tbsp. boiling water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Lb. turkey breast, sliced into 3/4" steaks

Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve the bouillon in boiling water. Stir in soy sauce, sherry, ginger, and garlic.
Marinate turkey breasts in sauce mixture about 45 minutes, turning frequently.
On an outdoor grill, cook steaks 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
