Ingredients:
2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 lbs. raw shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add the tarragon to the melted butter. Cook shrimp in butter over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the cream, bring to a low boil, and add salt and pepper.
