Peppered Steak with Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
3 tsp. cracked black pepper
6 beef tenderloin steaks
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Press pepper onto both sides of beef. Grill uncovered for 14 to 16 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.
Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in green onions and cook until tender. Stir in brandy and broth.
Cook over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over beef.
