Marinated Lime Chicken

Ingredients:
4 fresh limes, cut into halves
4 pounds chicken pieces
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Rub limes over chicken pieces. Squeeze lime juice into a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken.
Add onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme, oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to bag. Shake well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill. Remove chicken from bag. Remove garlic and onion from chicken. Discard marinade.
Arrange chicken, skin side down, on grill. Cook, turning several times, until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 20 minutes.
