Lemon Pepper Catfish

1 to 2 Servings

Ingredients:
.5 to 1 Lb. Catfish filets
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Season All

Directions:
Thaw filets. In a large skillet, melt butter and add lemon pepper.
Add Catfish. Cook on Medium-high turning occasionally. Sprinkle with Season All while cooking.
Cook until flaky. Serve in butter sauce.
