Ingredients:
1/2 cup sesame seed kernels
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 5 oz. each)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. canola oil
Directions:
Combine sesame seeds, ginger, and cinnamon on a plate. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Roll in sesame seed mixture to coat.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken
Cook chicken, until a firm outer crust forms, about 5 minutes. Turn carefully; cook until juice runs clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 5 minutes longer.

This dish was nice, very light. Next time, I'm going to add a little bit more salt and pepper, and maybe some paprika for kick.
