Ingredients:
2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dill weed, dried and crushed
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
4 whole chicken legs
Directions:
In any non-metal container, combine lemon peel, lemon juice, oil, dill weed, fennel seed, garlic salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and turn to coat completely. Marinate for several hours or overnight.
Grill or broil chicken over medium heat until browned, brushing with marinade. Grill or broil until done. Discard remaining marinade.
