Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons diced onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion and
garlic until they are translucent. Add the curry, thyme,
celery salt, and chicken.
Sauté for 2 minutes then add
sour cream and simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes,
stirring constantly until smooth and well blended.
Serve at once.
