Ingredients:
3 Lbs. chicken parts
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup canola oil
2 3/4 cups chopped onions
4 cloves garlic, chopped
4 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup white wine
2 cups sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 to 400 degrees.
In a Dutch oven sauté chicken parts in oil-butter mixture on all sides until golden. Remove to plate.
Add onions and garlic to Dutch oven and sauté until golden. Add paprika, chicken stock, wine, and sour cream and simmer gently about 10 minutes.
Replace chicken parts into Dutch oven and coat with sauce.
Bake covered in oven at 375 to 400 degrees about 45 minutes or until chicken is well done
