Cheddar Meat Loaf

Ingredients:
3 Lbs. ground mixed meats (I use a combination of lean beef and turkey)
2 Tbsp. chili powder
3 eggs
3 cloves garlic, mashed
3 Tbsp. cilantro or Italian parsley
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
optional:
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Tabasco

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place meat mixture into oiled loaf pan and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.

Comments:
This dish is best when salt, pepper, and Tabasco is added. I enjoy spicy food, so I add additional hot sauce. I like to serve green beans as an accompaniment.
