Carne Asada

Ingredients:
1 tsp. vegetable oil
6 oz. flank steak, well trimmed, cut lengthwise in half
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 small tomatoes, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
Chopped fresh cilantro
Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)

Directions:
Heat oil in heavy large skillet over high heat. Season steak with garlic salt. Add steak to skillet and cook until just cooked through, turning once, about 4 minutes.
Transfer steak to cutting board and cut into small pieces.
Top with tomatoes, onion, avocado and cilantro. Serve, passing hot pepper sauce separately.
