Beefsteak Bismarck

Ingredients:
2 lbs. of ground beef
2 tbsp. of melted butter
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
1 tsp. of salt
2 tsp. of freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Mix together beef, butter, green onions, salt and pepper. Form into 4 cakes and broil until cooked through.
Serve each hamburger cake topped with a hot soft-fried egg.
