| The Mini Aussie's are a smaller version of the Austrailian Shepherd. They are well balanced and very athletic. They are small to medium in size and have a medium lenth coat which does require some grooming. General coat colors are : Blue merle, Red Merle, Black Tri, Red Tri and Bi-Black. | Aussie's are highly intelligent, easy to train and to work with. They are wonderful companions, preferring to be at your side. Some can be a bit aloof with strangers, while others are outgoing. Miniature Aussie height is 13"-17", with a tail not to exceed 3". Toy Aussies are under 13" with a 1" (or less) tail lenghth.
