Dear My Friends is a Hi-Standard cover and the first song the Scoffing Idiots ever played. This a live recording of it at their first performance ever in November 1999.
Teaching is Fun was the first Scoffing Idiots song. It's pretty basic because they were beginners at their respective instruments when it was written.
Glory America was written soon after the first show and was first performed in February 2000.
Geek (also known as "The Geek Shall Inherit the Earth") was written at the start of the next school year. It was the fastest written song. Kamikaze came up with the bass line, and everyone else formed their part around this base (or bass).
The Smurf Song is a just a couple cheerleader cheers put to music. It's purpose is to scoff at those who are in to a meathead sport just to get attention and get laid.
Faces was the last song written and recorded by the Scoffing Idiots. It was barely finished in time to make it on to the CD.
