| I met Mocha Coconut Frappachino one steamy Saturday afternoon in Athens. He wasn't really my type but he was cheap and so I took the plunge. And, oh, was I ever so sweetly surprised. He may have been buy one get one at the time, but pretty soon he'll be $17.50 like everything else at Starbucks. |

| While in Costa Rica, we ate rice and beans at every meal every day, but I craved those rice and beans first thing in the morning because of a single substance. Natilla. Made by the Monteverde Cheese Company. A cream similar to sour cream, but sweeter than his American cousin. The natilla transformed an otherwise disappointing dish of gallo pinto into something spectacular and won my heart. |
