Campus Code Correction

This FOCEXEC will correct screen 111 (via batch transactions) with the correct campus code based on which one the student is taking the most hours on for given term(s). The scenario here is that an institution can have many sites where classes are held. Each site would like to have the highest number of students possible. Therefore, this FOCUS program determines the "home" campus of students who take courses at more than one site. Its complexity in making this determination warrants its inclusion here.
