This FOCUS program will create a Microsoft Word data source, which is used to generate (in this case study) "certificates" for students enrolled in a given class. The particuliar form in question is 8 1/2" wide and 6 1/2" tall in length. Also, you'll notice in the program code a calculation being done for the "CEU" or what is formally known as "continuing education units". This is credit given to "personal interest" type courses like gardening, photography, etc. Finally, along with the program code, I have included some (tah-dah!) Microsoft Word documents for use in this process.
